The bridge was modified in 1967 but remains the best-preserved example of its type in Puerto Rico.[2]

The bridge has a Шаблон:Convert span, a total length of Шаблон:Convert, and a roadway width of Шаблон:Convert.

It was identified as historically important in a review of Puerto Rico's 640 pre-1945 bridges in 1994,[1]Шаблон:Rp and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.[3]
