Шаблон:Use dmy dates Шаблон:Use British English Carol Elspeth Goodeve Brayne CBE is a British academic and the Professor of Public Health Medicine at the University of Cambridge and Chair of Wellcome's Population and Public Health Review Group.[1] She is Director of the Cambridge Institute of Public Health.[2] She is a special advisor for the Royal College of Physicians and a senior investigator at the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR).[3]

Brayne has a degree in medicine from the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine, University of London.[2]

In the 2017 Birthday Honours, Brayne was made a CBE, "For services to Public Health Medicine".[1][4]
