The Chari Formation is a Jurassic (Callovian to Oxfordian) geologic formation in Gujarat, western India.[1] Dinosaur remains are among the fossils that have been recovered from the formation, although none have yet been referred to a specific genus.[2] The ammonite Reineckeia has also been found here.
