Cristo Rey San José Jesuit High School is a private Catholic high school, located in San Jose, California, in the United States. Founded by the California Province of the Society of Jesus in 2014, the school is a member of the Cristo Rey Network of work-study schools for students from low-income families.[1][2]

Their corporate work-study program involves sending a student once a week to work in a corporate field. The day the student is sent depends on their grade level:

  • Freshman - Wednesday
  • Sophomores - Thursday
  • Juniors - Monday
  • Seniors - Tuesdays
  • Alternating Fridays

There are over 100 corporate partners that they work with including Google, Palo Alto Networks, Stryker, El Camino Health, BILL, Juniper Networks and more. The students, since the age of 14 are allowed to develop their professional skills in a corporate environment with experts in their fields. Students are also able to start building connections young and start their networking which they could use at a later date once they graduate college and are ready to start full time in a corporate work field.
