Dasht-e Abbas (Шаблон:Lang-fa, also Romanized as Dasht-e ‘Abbās and Dasht Abbās)[1] is a village in Dasht-e Abbas Rural District of Dasht-e Abbas District, Dehloran County, Ilam province, Iran, serving as capital of both the district[2] and the rural district.[3]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 144 in 27 households, when it was in Musian District.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 394 people in 47 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 295 people in 74 households.[6]

In March 2017, Abu Ghoveyr and Dasht-e Abbas Rural Districts were transferred from Musian District to establish Dasht-e Abbas District. At the same time, Dalpari Rural District was established in Musian District.[2]
