The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts (DITRDCA)[1][2] is a department of the Australian Federal Government responsible for delivering Australian Government policy and programs for infrastructure, transport, regional development, communications, cultural affairs, and the arts.[3]
The department was formed on 1 July 2022 from the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications, under an Administrative Arrangements Order made on 1 July 2022.[4]
Ministers
After the 2022 Australian election that returned a Labor government under Anthony Albanese,[2] the department name became Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts.[5][6][7]
