Plot
The film begins in a city where antisocial elements prevail, and the crime rate magnifies daily. Police Commissioner Prabhakar advocates for people to cooperate with the department. Here, Sudarshanam, Dr. Giridhar, and Lawyer Brahmaiah, the most respected people in the society, agree to do so on behalf of the people. But these are the real culprits behind the crimes, creating many atrocities using their muscular and scientific powers.
Visweswaraiah, an ancient scientist, the trio tries to bribe him. When he refuses, they throw acid into his eyes and kidnap his younger daughter, Anuradha, who assists him. Sundaram Prabhakar's second wife, Shantamma's son, is also a renowned scientist, the trio's heir, and sends him abroad for higher studies. Now Prabhakar's first wife's fled son, Nandan Rao, and Visweswaraiah's elder daughter, Madhavi, arrive as C.I.D. officers in the disguise of older adults named Agneyam & Latha.
The trio plans to blast an aircraft; they execute it through Sundaram, which Prabhakar's brother-in-law Rama Rao & family witnessed. So, they kill them, except their daughter Karuna, who is kidnapped. On one side, Visweswaraiah & Sundaram continue their experiments in innovations like flying cars, the invisible man, Ray Guns, etc.; on the other side, Nandan Rao & Madhavi are busy with their detection and fall in love.
Nandan Rao finds the facts about the trio; he also learns that his brother Sundaram is also involved, which he reveals to his father and his identity. Both plan a secret mission to manipulate the trio to keep Prabhakar in their custody. At last, Nandan Rao catches all the criminals when Sundaram realizes his mistake, blasts his laboratory, and dies. Finally, the movie ends with the Govt. of India awarding Nandan Rao & Madhavi.
