Auckland
Dress Smart Onehunga is a landmark outlet shopping centre in Auckland, New Zealand. It opened in 1995 as New Zealand's first factory outlet shopping centre. Onehunga was chosen for its central location and direct access from the city and the airport.[1] Initially, Dress Smart started with 20 outlet stores on the former premises of the 3 Guys supermarket and other surrounding retail spaces.[2] Following its opening, additional shops began operating in temporary premises on the southern side of Paynes Lane. This led to a significant expansion of the mall, completed in 2005, increasing the total number of retailers to 110.[3]
Over the past 25 years, Dress Smart Onehunga has grown to feature more than 100 brands, becoming an integral part of the Auckland community. The centre offers a diverse range of local and international brands, including Adidas, Nike, Levi's, and Esprit, providing a value-driven shopping experience. In addition to retail, it offers various dining options and actively engages in local events and initiatives.

Christchurch
Dress Smart Christchurch is a premier outlet shopping destination in the South Island, located in Hornby, Christchurch. It is the only dedicated outlet centre in the region, featuring more than 45 outlet stores. Dress Smart Christchurch is renowned for its extensive range of major sportswear and outdoor adventure brands, including Adidas, Puma, Under Armour, Asics, Mountain Warehouse, Merrell, Icebreaker, and Mons Royale. In November 2021, it became the first centre in the South Island to welcome luxury brands Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. Located on Main South Road in Hornby, the centre is conveniently situated for travelers, being just 10 minutes away from the Christchurch Airport.
