Fath Olmobin (Шаблон:Lang-fa), formerly Saleh Moshatat (صالح مشطت), also Romanized as Şāleḥ Moshaṭat; also known as Şāleḥmoshaṭat,[1] is a city in, and the capital of, Fath Olmobin District of Shush County, Khuzestan province, Iran,[2] and also serves as the administrative center for Sorkheh Rural District.[3]

At the 2006 census, its population was 2,428 in 374 households, when it was the village of Saleh Moshatat in Sorkheh Rural District.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 2,769 people in 594 households,[5] by which time the village had been elevated to the status of a city.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,973 people in 722 households,[7] when the city had been renamed Fath Olmobin.[8]
