Leonhardt Professor at Rockefeller University, as well as being head of the Laboratory of Animal Behavior and director of the Field Research Center for Ecology and Ethology.[1][2][3][4]
Education
Nottebohm was born in Argentina and received his PhD in zoology from the University of California, Berkeley in 1966 while working with Peter Marler.[5] Afterwards, he conducted extensive investigations of the song of the rufous-collared sparrow (Zonotrichia capensis).
Research
Nottebohm is best known for his work on neurogenesis in the adult vertebrate brain,[6] a phenomenon that previously had been thought impossible by most scientists.Шаблон:Citation needed
