Gmina Kiwity is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Lidzbark County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. Its seat is the village of Kiwity, which lies approximately Шаблон:Convert east of Lidzbark Warmiński and Шаблон:Convert north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.

The gmina covers an area of Шаблон:Convert, and as of 2006 its total population is 3,465.
