Gmina Uchanie is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Hrubieszów County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Uchanie, which lies approximately Шаблон:Convert north-west of Hrubieszów and Шаблон:Convert south-east of the regional capital Lublin.

The gmina covers an area of Шаблон:Convert, and as of 2006 its total population is 5,009 (4,873 in 2013).

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Strzelce Landscape Park.
