Hakimabad (Шаблон:Lang-fa, also Romanized as Ḩakīmābād, Akīm Ābad, and Hakīm Ābād)[1] is a village in, and the capital of, Hakimabad Rural District of Seyyedabad District, Chenaran County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[2]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 942 in 220 households, when it was in Radkan Rural District of the Central District.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 815 people in 239 households.[4] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 771 people in 234 households.[5]

In August 2019, the rural district was separated from the district in the establishment of Radkan District and Seyyedabad District, each of which was divided into two rural districts.[2]
