Haskhari (previously Hanskhari) is a town in the Chopra CD block in the Islampur subdivision of the Uttar Dinajpur district in the Indian state of West Bengal.[1]

Haskhari is directly connected to Chopra, Islampur, Kishanganj, Raiganj in the south & Sonapur, Bidhannagar, Bakdogra, Siliguri in the north by bus.

Haskhari has an average literacy rate of 69%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 73%, and female literacy is 64%. In Haskhari, 16% of the population is under 6 years of age.
