Etymology

The specific name, sauteri, is in honor of German entomologist Шаблон:Interlanguage link.[1]

Geographic range

H. sauteri is found in southern China, Taiwan, and northern Vietnam.[2]

Habitat

The preferred natural habitats of H. sauteri are freshwater wetlands, grassland, shrubland, and forest, at altitudes of Шаблон:Convert.[3]

Reproduction

H. sauteri is oviparous.[2]
