Olga ,applied to the American Embassy andasked for tourist visas to your country for us. We got a refusal becauseour passports were stolen by a thief. Your Consul Officer talked with myhusband with a grin on his face and laughed at me because I was stolenby a thief.In December, 1997, my husband and I visited your country, we were inCalifornia, we saw Disneyland, Hollywood, visited Los Angeles and SanFrancisco. We came back to Russia by the eve of the New Year.In spring, 1999, we have planned to visit the USA again. So, in March,we decided to ask the tourist agency to organize our tour to America.The way to the agency is going across the market. While going to theagency, crossing the market with all my documents, they were stolen bysomebody from my bag including our passports.I applied to the region militia department with an application that ourpassports were stolen. I got a certificate of that theft and it wasshown to the Consul Officer, but he laughed at us. It seems to me he didnot understand us. Believe me, it is not my fault, I was stolen and itis my trouble. This certificate the Consul Officer kept for himself.Our passports were stolen by a thief, if it could not be! Has anybodyinsurance from such a trouble? American people can be stolen bysomebody, cannot they?Dear Sir, we ask you to help us to obtain tourist visas to the USA,please. This time we are going to visit Florida State.Honest to God, we are not going to stay in the USA. Our son of 12 yearsold and our daughter of 13 years old are stayed in Russia. We have goodjob, we have a beautiful apartment, we have cars for me and for myhusband, garages for every car. We have a very beautiful and comfortablesummer cottage.
