Роберт Монтгомери Макдауэлл (Шаблон:Lang-en; Шаблон:ВД-Преамбула) — новозеландский ихтиолог, специализировался на изучении пресноводных рыб Новой Зеландии. Описал несколько новых видов рыб из рода Галаксии ("Galaxias").

В честь Боба Макдавелла назван вид рыб "Galaxias mcdowalli".
