Биография
Родился 30 марта 1990 года в г. Валдоста (штата Джорджия, США). Сын известного кантри-музыканта Ретта Эйкинса и в молодости подыгрывал ему на барабанах[3][4]. 12 октября 2012 года Ретт женился на Лорен Грегори (Lauren Gregory), которую знал с первого класса[5]. В феврале 2017 года пара объявила, что ждет своего первого биологического ребенка в Августе и одновременно находится в процессе усыновления ребенка из Африки[6]. В мае 2017 года Томас и Лорен удочерили девочку из Уганды, которую назвали Уилла Грэй Экинс (род. 2 ноября 2015)[7]. 12 августа 2017 года у пары родилась дочь Эйда Джеймс Экинс[8]. 10 февраля 2020 года у пары родился третий ребенок, дочь Леннон Лав Экинс[9]. 15 ноября 2021 года у пары родился четвертый ребёнок, дочь Лилли Кэролайна Экинс[10].
