Бе́нджамин Забло́ки (Шаблон:Lang-en; 19 января 1941 года — 6 апреля 2020) — американский социолог религии.

Биография

Родился 19 января 1941 года Нью-Йорке (Бруклин). Получил степень бакалавра по математике в Колумбийском университете в 1962 году и степень доктора философии в области общественных отношений (социология) в Университете Джонса Хопкинса в 1967 году.[1][2] Продолжил послевузовское образование в Медицинском колледже и университете Ганеманна (Шаблон:Lang-en) в области психиатрии и психологии, который окончил в 1981 году.[1]

В число его текущих исследований входят: лонгитюдное исследование развития идеализма от зарождения до средних веков, изучение превратностей ученичества с течением времени, а также изучение систематических закономерностей зарождении и первых лет существования нового религиозного движения.
